Useful tips in connection with fasting:

Preparation: It is advisable to switch to a row vegetable and fruit diet 3 days prior to fasting (fruit in the morning and vegetable and salad in the afternoon, plenty of liquid intake, herbal teas, mineral water). It is better to give up tea and coffee this time in order to avoid headaches on the first couple of days of the fasting. Do not consume solid food after 2pm on the day of arrival (only mineral water or fruit/vegetable juice).

What to bring? Comfortable track suit, clothes suitable for walking tours (windbreaker, raincoat, hat, trainers) swimming suit, waterproof slippers for the sauna, another indoor slipper, skin scraper material. Exercise book suitable for diary notes, possibly bring your own dream diary if you have already had one. Small backpack for walking tours, if you have a favourite bottle for water bring that as well. The enema appliance is provided by us. Towels and bath robes are also provided.

For the building up days you will need the followings at home: stewed prunes, seasonal vegetables, apple, natural yoghourt, cheese, olive oil, lemon, potato, wholemeal bread, ready made organic vegetable and fruit juice if you do not have a juice maker.
